Job Description

Position Summary

An established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator / Order Processing Specialist to join its Customer Service team at its Minneapolis-area facility. This role plays a key part in supporting customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, and contributing to a seamless customer experience from order intake through fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to account coordinators, customers, and internal departments
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reports to support internal teams and customer needs
  • Collect, organize, file, and maintain customer and operational data
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry related to customer orders
  • Create, update, and maintain departmental documentation and records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support consistent, high-quality customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and analytical thinking
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working with diverse personalities

Education & Experience

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: 1+ years of previous print industry experience in a customer service or customer-focused role
  • Preferred: College degree
  • Nice to Have: Experience in a manufacturing or printing-related environment

Additional Details

  • Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% onsite)
  • Employment Type: Direct hire, full-time
